I am highly intuitive. I listen intently and answer my client’s questions honestly and respectfully, creating a safe and comfortable healing experience for them.

I have been practicing energy healing for more than eight years. I’m a life-long learner, and I continue to take courses to enhance my capabilities and provide my clients with the latest techniques in holistic energy healing.

I’m professional, caring, and nonjudgmental. I sense the unique qualities and energies emitting from my clients as I work to provide them with peace and clarity.

I have worked for more than 25 years in the corporate sector, bringing my energy work to the office environment to alleviate stress and burnout. My business acumen enables me to work with professionals who feel they may not be open enough to benefit from energy therapy effectively.

I work with all age groups and individuals.

I work compassionately with children, teenagers, and adults suffering from anxiety or living with illnesses such as cancer, MS, or fibromyalgia. And, as an energy healer and mother, I easily connect with children with behavioural disorders, who may need more adjustment time, patience, and empathy during a session.

Education, certifications, memberships, and volunteerism

Honours, Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toronto. My background in science has helped me understand the scientific studies that support the benefits of meditation and energy work.
With more than 25 years’ experience working in the corporate sector in Human Resources, Pension and Benefits, Systems, and Project Management, I have the communications skills to articulate the benefits of energy healing to business professionals.

Reiki certifications

Reiki Master, reaching the maximum 3A Level. Reiki practitioner for more than seven years.
Reiki certification received from the Padmacahaya International Institute for Inner Study.

BEAM™ Therapy certification

Certified BEAM™ Therapy practitioner since 2012.

NEW Unity Field Healing certification

Certified Unity Field Healing UFH practitioner since 2020.

Mental health certification

Mental Health Certificate - First Aid Certificate through the Mental Health Commission of Canada.

Volunteerism, memberships, and training

Volunteer at Wellspring as a Reiki Practitioner providing sessions to cancer patients and their caregivers but due to Covid this has ended and has now been replaced with Be Brilliant Group Healing 60 - minute Zoom calls for more information click here.
Member of The Canadian Association for Integrative and Energy Therapies (CAIET). CAIET is a Canadian nonprofit organization of licensed mental health professionals and related energy and integrative health practitioners.
Completed Soul Detective Training, Levels 1-3, under Dr. Barbara Stone, Ph.D. Using this training in my practice.
