Welcome to So Brilliant, where we offer a unique and refreshing approach to corporate wellness. If you're looking for a way to help your associates unwind, destress, and reconnect, you've come to the right place.
We understand that mental health is a big issue, Brenda has dedicated herself to helping people improve their mental and emotional well-being with over 12 years of experience working with individuals dealing with distress, depression, illness, confusion, lack of motivation and focus, developing effective strategies to help your associates cope with their challenges.

Individual Reiki Sessions

Group bookings | individual sessions:
- Bookings available between 3 to 7 hours (approximately three employees per hour, seen individually)
20-minute individual employee Reiki sessions (17 minutes for the session with three minutes to answer questions)
Location: At the workplace
Required: A private room, Reiki music will be played
Option to lie down on a massage table or sit in a chair (fully dressed)

Options: Attendees may substitute an individual Reiki session for a BEAM™ Therapy session.

Please note: Energy sessions may cause an emotional response, 3 minutes is recommended to chat afterward.
