Who I am

Brenda is an Intuitive Energy Healer with a twist, working in corporate over 25 years in HR systems, Pension and Benefits and Project Management, this gave her the ability to work and use many energy healing methods on coworkers and other professionals.
She witnessed ongoing organizational changes, general employee dissatisfaction; increased anxiety and fear of the unknown. Stressful situations, constant pressure to meet deadlines, feeling overwhelmed, fatigue and exhaustion may lead to decrease productivity. These factors all lead to the inability to focus, failure to make positive decisions, increased sick days and disability claims. Over the years, clients have witnessed the benefits of energy healing first hand. Benefits including releasing past trauma, negative thought patterns, self-doubt, anxiety and depression, allowing one to move forward in their career and personal life. As we all know, living in stress, the majority of the time is not beneficial for our overall health; mental and physical. It affects how we sleep, our professional and personal relationships, promotes the onset of illness and increases the likelihood of accidents due to our lack of presence and awareness. I believe that no matter where we are in our life, we can all change for the better. We can incorporate a more flexible way of living that touches our whole being, emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually. We can have a successful career and a rewarding personal life while we feel confident, positive and healthy. We have access to a variety of different information regarding mindfulness and wellness, we hear it, we nod, and we go on with our life. Sometimes too much information is not useful; confusion in where to start or how to incorporate it. |

I deliver a custom presentations that focuses on your company's needs. I have a natural talent to communicate my information effectively to the attending audience. With all presentations, I offer a wide selection of ideas and examples that one can easily incorporate into their life.
There is no one method or one process for everyone; we are all unique, coming from different experience and backgrounds. We don't all benefit or enjoy the same things. My seminars offer a variety of meaningful information that can be easily incorporated into anyone's life regardless of age, religion, and experience level.
As needs and target groups vary from management to office associates, to hourly plant staff, presentations are tailored and adjusted accordingly.

Individual Employee Reiki Sessions
Corporate Reiki days have been greeted with open arms by my Corporate clients. Employees have responded in very positive ways; many employees can't believe how they were able to deeply relax in such a short period. The Reiki energy continues to work after the session, allowing employees to keep this calm, relaxed state with them for the day or days in some cases. Each employees experience may be different.

- Bookings available between 3 to 7 hours (approximately three employees per hour)
- 20 minute individual employee Reiki sessions (17 mins of actual sessions & 3 mins to answer questions)
- Location: In the workplace
- Requirement: a private room, Reiki music will be played
- Employees have the option to lie down on a massage table or sit in a chair; their comfort is most important.
