The goal of these Be Brilliant Group Healing Calls, is to provide a safe environment to let your guard down and let stress and anxiety melt away. These Healing Group Calls promote healing on the physical, mental and emotional levels, fostering healing, self-love, reconnection and clarity.
Although this is a group call, you will get personal healing based on what you require, independent of anyone else.
It would be the same experience if you were alone for a personal in-person session.
Many have reported improved sleep benefits, a calmness they have not felt recently, less chronic pain, less anxiety, better focus, happiness, peaceful and lightness. We are all unique, so your experience and benefits will be specific to you and your needs.

How to prepare for this call:
- Be in a comfortable place where you can relax and have little to no interruptions.
- You can be sitting or lying down.
- You may want to have a blanket nearby as some may feel cool during energy work.
- Have some water handy as it is best to be hydrated before the healing work starts. You are welcome to drink during the session.
- Once we begin the healing, get comfortable, and close your eyes, or keep them open if you prefer.
- The idea here is to be as comfortable as you can, there is no right or wrong.

NEW!! The format of these calls
These healing sessions continue to morph and change, as I adapt to the feedback I receive.
- The call will be one hour.
- First 30 minutes: I will give an introduction and speak about a predetermined topic, generally a trick or tip to help one cope with stress and anxiety.
- Next 30 minutes: The meditation/ Reiki Healing part of the call. Before we start we will have guided breathing exercise to quiet the mind as much as possible:)
- Extra 5 minutes: After the energy healing, I will stay on the call for those who wish to ask questions. You are more than welcome to hang up and enjoy your meditation Zen time.
What to expect BEFORE a group healing session
Some of you may experience some extra anxiety and heaviness a day or so before a call; this is common before a healing session. Emotions that need to be released may start to bubble up before a session, causing these uncomfortable feelings. It may even show up as physical pain.
You can come with your specific healing intentions or the openness to remove whatever is in your best interest. Permit yourself to release physical pain, mental and emotional distress, anxiety, fear, worry, etc.; there are no limitations to the healing that may occur.

What to expect AFTER a group healing session
Please note: We all heal differently.
We all purge and heal differently, and to be honest, each session can be different from the next. I have even had clients who needed to throw up after a session, and some may have an unsettled stomach and doubts of diarrhea; this is negative energy leaving your body.
My experiences have been a mixed bag; sometimes release was a good cry, other times a very nauseous feeling, and even flu-like symptoms. I would do it all over again as the benefit of removing the trauma and heavy energy had tremendous benefits on my health, mental state and overall wellbeing.
