So Brilliant provides online interactive enrichment sessions covering various topics, guiding you through distinct, accessible, and innovative approaches to navigate our daily challenges. Our sessions span from learning techniques to beginner meditation, quieting a busy mind, to exploring the profound significance of forgiveness and mastering it at a deep level.
Each session comprises a 60-minute interactive presentation and a 30-minute Q&A session. Participants also receive a handy tips and tricks reference sheet and a link to access the session replay.
At So Brilliant, my passion lies in educating and empowering everyone I encounter. Occasionally, I'm fortunate to have a group of individuals eager to learn. That's why I offer these information sessions at a minimal cost, currently at $25.00 plus HST.
