REIKI 50 MINUTE
Reiki is often described as hand‐on‐body healing in which a practitioner places hands lightly on or over a client’s body to facilitate the client’s process of healing. It is a subtle and effective form of energy work using spiritually guided life force energy. When energy becomes weak or blocked, it could lead to symptoms of physical or emotional imbalance.
A Reiki session can help ease tension and stress, and can help support the body to facilitate an environment for healing on all levels – physical, mental, and emotional. This session facilitates energy transfer and creates a space to promote self‐healing. A session is pleasant and relaxing and is often utilized for one’s wellness.
These session are beneficial both in person and by distance; if you are new to distance work feel free to read up on it, or ask questions. I love having clients here in person, but I understand in many cases this is not possible for all clients. The overall benefit is the same.
