This is our most affordable option; clients get the same benefit of a BEAM session, but they are not in contact with me during the session. We set up at 30 minute time, at which a text message will be sent to the client at the start time and then again at the end time.
The reduced cost is due to the time involved this session takes about 30 mins, whereas the in person/Skype session takes 60 mins due to the interactions.
